Principal Product Designer
I joined Delphix with the ambitious goal of creating sustainable collaborative energy and efficient processes among the engineering, product, and design teams. I implemented new design workflows with updated tools and defined a design system to unify the visual language across multiple products, making them faster to build and easier to use.
Process
Leveraging existing company research, my first task was auditing the platforms to understand their status and identify the improvements needed to align user and business goals. I then created wireframes and prototypes to ideate and validate solutions.
Collaborating with PMs and engineers, we managed legacy issues and roadblocks. We also shared prototypes and builds with users to uncover friction and iterate.
